Reunion 2005 was held in St Louis from May 26 through 29

Upon arrival, the first order of business by attendees
was to visit the Ship's Store to get a Reunion 2005 T-shirt

 

 

Then it was off to the Hospitality Suite for greetings, reminiscences and sea story telling

 

 

Plus doing a little Swift video watching
Not exactly sure what was in Swifty Steve Vogt's van
But the coolers stayed full

 

 

On Saturday evening, everyone gathered for the traditional Reunion Banquet

 

 

 

 

After an excellent meal, the crowd breathlessly awaited the prize and raffle drawings

 

 

! And the Grand Prize Winner of the Precision Built Model Swift Boat is: HERB BLUME !

Concluding the evening's festivities were awards to deserving association members

 

Terry Boone receives the
Admiral Elmo Zumwalt Award

 

Jim Deal receives the
Ralph Singleton Patriot Award

 

Yalle Rinehart and daughter Jenny
receive the "Two Trawler Killer" Award
on behalf of Ron "Porky" Rinehart

 

Porky manned the mortars on PCF-79
and PCF-20 during the engagements
with trawlers in July 67 and March 68

! We all look forward to reuniting again in San Diego for Reunion 2007 !
